Hi, I’m Dr. Ivan Joseph, and I’m so glad you’re here. A little about me: I am a scholar-practitioner, a high-performance and confidence coach, keynote speaker, and an experienced leader. I’m also in recovery from imposter syndrome, thanks to mastering the skill of self-confidence.

As a result, I’ve achieved success as a Vice President, a Professor, and a Championship coach. I love to share all that I’ve learned—the failures and the triumphs—to help move you toward your greatness.

As a scholar-practitioner, Ivan's the author of the best-selling book, "You Got This: Mastering the Skill of Self-Confidence."

His academic journey includes a PhD in Sport Psychology studying the links between Grit, Confidence and High Performance and a Masters in Higher Education Administration studying how we can make people feel like the Matter and Belong in order to Achieve Excellence

As a high performance and confidence coach, Ivan has achieved remarkable success, from winning national championships to coaching Olympians and World Champions.

His ability to develop players and leaders who have gone on to excel in professional sporting leagues and the corporate boardroom speaks volumes about his leadership skills.

As a leader, Ivan has held key administrative roles as Vice President and Director of Athletics and achieved national recognition for excellence. He transformed Toronto Metropolitan University's athletic department, leading them from the bottom to the top in just five years. His leadership was instrumental in the groundbreaking $100 million renovation of historic Maple Leaf Gardens, a partnership that reverberated across the city.
